How do I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation for any number of guests, depending on the availability and check our updated rates online, through our website. Also, you can call us or email us directly at the property which you are interested in, through our contact page. Our Reservations Department is open 24 hours a day.

What payment methods may I use to pay for my reservation?

We accept credit cards and cash. For credit cards, we accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard. Please note, the hotel will check your card's validity 24 hours prior to your date of arrival by taking an approval for the first night (room charge + taxes/fees).

Must I use a valid credit card to make a reservation?

Yes. The hotel will check the card's validity 24 hours prior to your date of arrival by taking an approval for the first night (room charge + taxes/fees). If your card is unable to be validated, your reservation will be cancelled with no guarantee of a room upon arrival.

What are other fees for hotel stay?

As of now, other fees include 10% Municipality Fee + 10% Service Charge per room per night.

From 1st January 2018, a 5% VAT will also be charged separately on your total bill amount.

Fees and charges are subject to change without notice.

Tourism Dirham (TD) Fee per room per night will be collected from the guests at the time of checking out as per Department of Tourism Commerce & Marketing (DTCM). The rates are as follows:

5 Star Hotels – AED 20/-
4 Star Hotels – AED 15/-
3 Star and 2 Star Hotels – AED 10/-
1 Star Hotels – AED 7/-

What are your check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is 14:00 hours (Gulf Standard Time) and check-out is 12:00 hours, noon, (Gulf Standard Time). If you plan to check in or check out other than the timings mentioned above, kindly inform the hotel in advance so we are prepared to accommodate your request.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your reservation 48 hours prior to your arrival date. If you do not cancel by this time, you will be charged for one night’s stay (room charge + taxes/fees).

To cancel your reservation, you may call the reservations department from the contact page and contact the hotel in which you made the reservation. Our Reservations Department will assist you, otherwise send us an email regarding cancellation of your booking.

Please note: Reservations made via a 3rd party booking service, such as an Online Travel Agent, (e.g. Booking.com, Hotelbeds, Agoda, Expedia) must be cancelled through their reservation service and cannot be cancelled by our reservations department.

What is your child policy?

One child less than 11 years can be accommodated free of charge with parents utilizing existing bedding and only meals will be charged.
